Our safety catches are built tough, made with 10 & 11-gauge steel and welded to a 3-sided face plate, providing the security and grip necessary when using the CAP Barbell FM-905Q Series & FM-CS7000F rack. With a peg diameter of 3/8” or 9.5mm, these catches fit perfectly on a 2x2-inch tubular frame.

Heavy-duty and durable, our safety catches have a maximum static weight capacity of 500 pounds and are constructed with 10 & 11-gauge steel to safely support heavy loads. The powder coat finish helps prevent rust and corrosion, ensuring longevity. Please note that catches are sold separately and are not included with the rack.

Adjustable and easy to use, you can effortlessly adjust the safety catches to your preferred height for squats or bench presses. Just twist and pull the spotter arm to insert it at the desired height. The catches are reinforced with rubber padding to reduce weight room noise and protect the finish of your bar.
