Compared to the average Olympic barbell, this bar is 20-30 lbs lighter, making it easier for beginners to perfect their form safely. It features a 28 mm diameter, dual knurl markings, and bushings that provide a similar experience to a standard barbell. When you feel ready to transition to a standard Olympic bar, the switch will be seamless.

With a tensile strength rating of 42,000 psi and a weight capacity of 200 lbs, the Technique Bar is a valuable tool for building strength and developing proper form for effective and safe workouts. It is compatible with standard plates and collars with 2” openings, fitting easily into a standard squat rack.
